DiscountMarineProducts.Net warrants that your product
will be free from any defects in material and workmanship when delivered to you. This
warranty is a limited warranty. It covers any products purchased from Discount Marine
Products for the period stated. This warranty negates or limits all other warranties
implied or expressed, except for those which cannot be negated or limited by law of the
state in which the product is used. The manufacturer does not authorize or permit any
party, including it's agents, distributors or dealers to assume for it any other
obligations or liability. In no event will the manufacturer be liable for any claim for
damages arising from the use or loss of use, or misuse of the product. This warranty is
void if the product has been altered , misused, abused or used for other purposes other
than it's intentional use. Discount Marine Products.Net will repair or replace this
product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the event of a defect in materials
or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is
extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of
original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. If this
product is found to be defective, return it to the manufacturer "prepaid"

warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur
during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or handling. It does
not cover failure which results from
accident,misuse,abuse,neglect,mishandling,misapplication,improper
maintenance,alteration,modification,tampering,negligence,lack of reasonable care,acts of
God,or repair or service by anyone other than Discount Marine Products.Net. There are no
express warranties except as listed above.
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY HEREIN.

CONSEQUENTIAL INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS,DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT RESULTING FROM THE
USE OF THIS PRODUCT, ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

or consequential damages or limitations on how long the implied warranty lasts, so these
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
